I’ve decided to start mini runs. A short run, there and back again. Natural pace. Down the speckaertweg and back. 1600 meters. (By pure coincidence, 1 mile) My time is 10:39.42 (including leaving and re-entering the house.) And that’s my new baseline. So about 10kmph natural running pace. Just starting is a great start 😎🎉
