I just completed my first T.U.G fitness challenge spring 2011 training:
A 15 minute “Step Interval” HIIT training.
with the help of my Nexus S as HIIT timer thanks to the excellent A HIIT Trainer
Now to finish of with some muscle stuff!
Next TUG workout: friday morning 🙂
In retrospect though; the High Intensity part of the Interval Training should be slightly more intense, I will consider throwing up the arms to ramp it up a bit more.
