- How to build a boot server
reminds me to .. build a boot server 🙂 I should really do that too 🙂 I’ll need one soon again anyway, since there s a new Ubuntu comming out & I’ll want to reformat Mini’s netbook to the jummy ext4. And netbook spells “No Cd Drive” so its either that or booting it USB style.. And I need that boot server anyway 😉 Id actually like to have a portable boot server 🙂 A fancy lil soekris (Those 4 nics really make it convienient for a boot server :)) to walk around with & boot computers with 🙂 A dhcp & a tftp.. - But actually I dont need to do that by hand, I should just install a Cobbler 🙂
But the time problem still remains

Dag Wieers posted WiiPresent today. A wii presentation tool that handles the connection to your wiimote & does a lot of other cool stuff too 🙂 FunFun Cant wait to test it! Soon..

The port was sugested to me by Google Reader.. Judging my preferences; they figured I d probably like that & I do! It looks great 🙂 With cats n all.. Huge backlog though.. And THAT is Exactly why I need something Kindle like 🙂 AND exactly why the kindle is useless to me. I need something open sourcey that I can hack to let me read that comic if I need to 😉 Which reminds me – there s a great comic site I should really catch up on..

And now that I’m talking about comics.. I just read the Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth, a Batman graphic novel written by Grant Morrison and illustrated by Dave McKean. I heard it to be a REALLY dark representation of the Joker & hot damn, it WAS! One dark & weird comic! And apparently inspiration for the Joker as portrayed by Heath Ledger 🙂 & Fun to read the backstory behind Dr Arkham 🙂
And now that we mentioned Heath; its a pitty he wont be able to do more Joker 😦 And I hope they put up Clayface for the next movie 🙂 I saw the Clayface cartoon years ago and the tragic character; failing actor doing anything to save his career; really stuck with me. Its an opportunity! 🙂 And I dont know if I really want another actor to pick up that Joker interpretation. I somehow fear it wont / cant get better than it was..
