actually its already the Xteenth first day, but.. there s nothing to gain in giving up.
I had a short exercise moment. First a run around the small park in front of the door. Then some back muscle exercises, some arm exercises, shoulder exercices, ab exercises & some back stretching (remnant from my Tai Chi moments with Maya.)
Nothing impressive, but still better than just doing nothing.Â 😉
Now to hit the shower, sleep & do it all again tomorrow!
My only regret is that I was so enrapt in the whole cable affair, I forgot the the speedmintonÂ Sorry:/ (& I just love it when I use words theFF dicts dont recognize! NOT! – credits to borat for the not joke!)
