Why not give it a try! Posting comments is now easier. You need not register anymore, since it was apparently a big deterrent for a whole lot of people. (I get it, I really do) Lets see how good the anti spam is on this thing & if not requiring registration makes it any different.

We went to visit our aunt, Vera yesterday. And when music time came, she put on the wonderfull Mariza. Like it or hate it.. but I do appreciate the music
& also – viva the internet for gratifying my “I feel like hearing that tonight” urges. Instead of having me wait till I have [...]

Each time I see my running processes

It irks me that mono is running. I love tomboy notes; the notes are a big part of my workflow. The facts I can easilly open them, backup them, wont lose them, .. and dont have to save them, all make the notes workflow important to my personal workflow..
Sadly, its a windows project and seeing [...]

I’m always happy to get back to work, but seeing how easilly tired I am right now .. I wouldnt mind staying at home for another week.

RedHat

Posted: 24th January 2009 by Gert in Life

I should actually just install Redhad on my soekris.. Since I’m freshening up for my RHCE upgrade.. but!
RedHat does not distribute a RHEL5.2 binary kernel that supports anything other than a i686 or greater CPU, which means that out of the box RHEL5.2 WILL NOT RUN on a Soekris

I’m just not a twitter compatible person I guess..

The end of my eBox adventures!

Posted: 24th January 2009 by Gert in Project

I was sorely dissapointed to discover the following

Gatway .. must be reachable by a static interface
Currently is reachable by eth0 which is not static
Sorely dissapointed with the highly promissing eBox project. So thats the end of it. I’ll be configuring the bitch by hand now. Fuckin Hell! How can it be that they dont support [...]
