It turns out that we actually CAN apply for some of those. We ll have to take a look at some of our plans to check if & how this will all work out, but We’ve certainly got a real chance!

This one time aide (Bonus, Gratuity, .. I dont really know the right word for “premie”) pays 30% (max €10k) of the total renovation cost (min €10k) for a house older than 25 years. - BTW-tarief van 6% voor de renovatie van woningen ouder dan 5 jaar
