I didnt go to Graspop this year but I did get to see some Great music yesterday!

Earth Crisis – Terror – Sworn Enemy – Walls Of Jericho – No Turning Back – Morda

We didnt see Morda (again)
NTB & Sworn Enemy were OK
Walls of Jericho & Terror were Insane!!!
Earth Crisis was utterly dissapointing (and only partly because their “Vegan Straight Edge” message really doesnt mean much to me..)

Im thinking about Dour, just to see Jericho & Terror again!! But I think I d rather see them in a smaller concert instead of a festival..

the memories of long, to root us into our every day lives. Sometimes one of these memories becomes obsolete, passé. Dependent on what memory & the way it became, this can fill us with an incredible sadness.. droefnis.. until we settle in the memory and give that litle root up to the modern times. Its not that we need it, its that we .. take solace in the fact that its there!

damn, I just discovered this. I steered away from it before, but after being in a curious mood today & discovering Ampache has a plugin to it, I’m trying it & .. damn
My fresh last.fm page.. Probably wont be all that interesting the first few weeks.. Im curious if it ll enhance my Ampache experience!!

I just typed “Louis Armstrong” in the artist box & now I’m hearing a lot of nice jazz, some of which I didnt know & do like.. Funk!

SO whats going on?
Well.. for starters, I quit my job at the hut. I need some time to sort things out & wont need the hut anymore after the next change

I ‘m getting hired by my internship company Hell Yeah

And we re moving! We re moving to a much nicer apartment in Gent! Huge living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and a yard yaay!

Oh & I’m probably going to graspop next weekend & I’m seriously considering Blue Note Festival!
& for the record.. I LOATHE the idea of le tour de france passing trough gent. ARRIVING in gent! BARELY A STREET FROM WHERE I LIVE!!!!!! Loathesome Frackers! I LIVE inside the “no public transportation” area.
Its kinda weird that I ‘ll be living the “Gentse Feesten” on a whole different scale this year. Last year, I was working constantly @ the hut & when I wasnt I was drinking & partying with the other hut peeps. I’ll still try to do some of that partying tough Mohito here we come
